Is it possible for a middle class, salaried professional to save crores in just over a decade? Most of us are likely to answer that with a big NO. But Gurjot Ahluwalia, a techie from Gurugram (earlier Gurgaon), has proved most of us WRONG.
Gurjot, who currently works as a Senior Manager at Accenture Strategy, has shared his wealth creation journey on X (formerly Twitter). In the post, which has now gone viral, Gurjot has shared the screenshot of an app that shows his networth at ₹5 crore.

The Key Takeaways
While all of us don’t have the same advantages that Gurjot has, but there are many learnings from his journey that can help in our wealth creation journey. The first one is level up your career. This will result in higher income, which will then translate into more investing power. The other learning is, saving like a boss. You should avoid those impulse splurges and say a strict no to “YOLO” spending.Once you have saved enough and invested that amount, then let your investments cook, especially the ones in the stock market. Because, as Gurjot wrote in one of his posts, “Long term investing can create huge wealth across asset classes!”
