Combine the chopped mangoes and yoghurt in a blender. This duo creates the creamy base of your lassi.
Add sugar or honey and a pinch of cardamom. Adjust sweetness to your taste, keeping it delightful but not overly sweet.
Blend the mixture until smooth. Add milk gradually to reach your desired consistency — thick or smooth.
