The air is thick, visibility low & breathing feels heavy. As pollution levels spike across Delhi-NCR, it’s time to protect yourself & your loved ones.
A simple cloth mask won’t do. Step out only if needed, and always wear an N95 or N99 mask to block fine particulate matter and toxic air.
Keep windows shut during peak pollution hours. Use air purifiers & grow indoor plants like peace lily or areca palm that help filter toxins naturally.
Drink plenty of water and include antioxidant-rich foods like tulsi, turmeric, and amla. They help your body fight the effects of polluted air.
Morning jogs or evening walks might sound healthy, but not when the air is unsafe. Opt for indoor workouts or yoga instead.
Carpool, use public transport, and avoid burning waste. Small choices add up when everyone does their bit to reduce emissions.
Children, seniors, and people with asthma are most at risk. Ensure they stay indoors when air quality dips and use prescribed medication if needed.
Check air quality updates daily. On high-pollution days, limit outdoor activities and schedule errands when AQI improves. Stay alert, stay safe.
