Showering daily removes sweat, bacteria, and dead skin. In hot weather or after workouts, it’s non-negotiable.
Keep body odor in check by applying deodorant daily. Choose antiperspirant if you sweat a lot during the day.
Whether it's a beard or clean shave, trim regularly. Wash your beard and moisturize the skin underneath.
Use mild soap and water to clean your groin daily. Poor hygiene can cause infections, rashes, and foul odor.
Brush twice, floss once, and use mouthwash. Bad breath is often due to poor oral care—not what you ate.
Wash your feet daily, dry them completely—especially between toes—to prevent fungal infections like athlete’s foot.
Trim chest, nose, or ear hair if needed. Clean underarms well and wear breathable clothes to reduce sweating.
Never repeat them without washing. Fresh innerwear and socks daily are essential to avoid rashes and odor.
