Begin your day with a glass of warm water—plain or with lemon—to boost metabolism and flush out toxins.
Have a high-fiber, protein-rich breakfast like oats with nuts, eggs with toast, or a smoothie with fruits and seeds.
Opt for a handful of almonds, a fruit like banana or apple, or a cup of green tea to stay energized.
Include whole grains (roti/rice), protein (dal/paneer/chicken), vegetables, and curd for a wholesome afternoon meal.
Go for light, healthy options like roasted chana, sprouts chaat, or herbal tea with a cracker.
Drink 2–3 liters of water through the day. Include coconut water or infused water for added benefits.
