How to Visit the Ram Temple in Ayodhya

Ayodhya is the birthplace of Lord Ram. The new Ram Temple attracts millions of visitors each year. Here’s a simple guide for your visit.

Best Time to Visit

Visit between October and March for pleasant weather. Festivals like Ram Navami see large crowds, so book early if traveling then.

Getting There by Air

Ayodhya Airport is about 9 km from the temple. Lucknow Airport is an alternative, about 160 km away with good road connections.

Getting There by Train and Road

Ayodhya Dham Jn and Faizabad (Ayodhya Cantt) have trains from major cities. Buses and taxis are available from Lucknow and nearby towns.
