Giant pandas are found mostly in the misty mountain forests of central China, especially in Sichuan.
About 1,800 giant pandas live in the wild. Thanks to conservation, their numbers are slowly rising.
Their antics keep both kids and adults entertained. A panda’s clumsiness is half the reason we adore them.
They may not be the most graceful, but pandas remind us that it’s okay to be a little awkward—and still totally adorable.
