Eyes work hard every day. Give them natural care with simple remedies and habits that reduce strain and keep them healthy.
Soak a cotton pad in cold milk and place it on closed eyes for 5–10 minutes. It soothes tired eyes, reduces puffiness, and refreshes vision.
Place chilled cucumber slices on your eyes for 10–15 minutes. They reduce dark circles, puffiness, and provide cooling relief.
Wash your eyes with filtered rose water or soak cotton pads and place on closed eyes. It helps calm irritation and refreshes the eyes naturally.
Apply a drop of almond oil around your eyelids before sleep. Gentle massage helps reduce dark circles and nourishes the delicate skin around eyes.
Mix a few drops of fresh tomato juice with water and apply gently around eyes using cotton. It brightens skin and reduces puffiness.
Dip a clean cloth in warm water, squeeze excess, and place over closed eyes for 5–10 minutes. It relaxes eye muscles and improves blood circulation.
Blink frequently, do palming exercises & focus on distant objects periodically. Simple exercises reduce strain from screens & improve eye flexibility.
