Frequent headaches? Try these simple, natural remedies to ease pain without medication.
Dehydration is a common trigger. Drink a glass of water or coconut water to rehydrate and reduce headache intensity.
Use a cold pack on your forehead for tension headaches or a warm towel on the neck to relax tight muscles.
