Long journeys drain your body. Sip on water, lemon water, or coconut water to restore lost fluids.
Don’t ignore tiredness. A good night’s sleep or power nap helps your body reset faster.
Skip oily junk food. Eat light, home-cooked meals with fruits and proteins to regain energy.
After hours of sitting, loosen stiff muscles with yoga, stretching, or a short walk.
A warm shower or Epsom salt bath relaxes sore muscles and calms the mind.
Drink herbal teas like ginger or peppermint to reduce bloating and travel-related stomach discomfort.
Avoid rushing back to work. Allow at least one day to rest, unpack, and recharge.
Listen to music, journal, or meditate. A calm mind helps your body recover quicker from exertion.
