Women who inspire her
When asked to give a shout-out to a woman who truly inspires her, the actor found it difficult to pick just one. She said, “It’s a very difficult question because I’m in a room full of inspiring women.”
Breaking the ‘Morally Good’ Stereotype
When asked about stereotypes in female characters that she finds frustrating as both an audience member and an actor, she pointed out an unnecessary expectation placed on women in film.
The ‘Wake Up Sid’ actor said, “Very often, women are portrayed as morally good and well-behaved, with a certain sense of moral propriety. I think that’s an unnecessary burden to put on women.”
She further added, “Women on screen should be allowed to be outrageous, to make bad decisions, and to behave badly”.

When asked for a movie recommendation, the ‘Lipstick Under My Burkha’ actor revealed that she’s currently eager to finish a few shows. She shared, “I’m waiting to finish ‘Severance’, ‘White Lotus’, and ‘Adolescence’.”
