Wish you could text someone just by thinking? The future is here! Scientists in Australia have built a cap that reads your brain waves. You silently mouth a sentence, and AI turns your thoughts into words. Right now it's 75% accurate. The goal is 90%.

Meanwhile, in Japan, researchers trained an AI on brain scans of people that were looking at images. Later, the AI, recreate the images just from brain waves. So-called brain-computer interfaces come as wearables or implanted chips. They are, for example, used to help people with paralysis communicate or let them use a computer hands free. But here's the catch.

Who owns your brain data? Experts are concerned over the lack of regulation and the power we give to tech companies. Mind reading AI is a medical miracle or privacy nightmare.

What do you think?
