According to a USA Today report, the budget is nearly 1,000 times higher than what an average American couple typically spends on their big day.
To truly grasp the scale of this extravagance, consider this: Tuvalu, a remote Polynesian island nation of just over 11,000 people, has a national GDP of around US$70 million; Bezos’s wedding alone will cost half of that.
