The RBI just made it much easier for you to get timely updates from them. Now, with the official 'Reserve Bank of India' WhatsApp account, you’ll get all the essential updates—whether it’s about new policies, financial literacy, or security tips—delivered directly to your phone.

“Through the verified ‘Reserve Bank of India’ account on WhatsApp, we aim to make important financial information more accessible to everyone, regardless of their geographical location. This initiative will ensure that vital information reaches people in a simple, direct, and effective manner, strengthening trust and resilience in our digital financial ecosystem,” the bank said in an official press release.

The ‘RBI Kehta Hai’ initiative had previously run public awareness campaigns across various mediums such as text messages, television and digital advertisements.
