If you're flying IndiGo from Delhi anytime soon, take note: major changes are coming to Indira Gandhi International Airport.
Starting April 15, 2025, all IndiGo flights that currently operate from Terminal 2 will be relocated to Terminal 1. The move comes as Terminal 2 undergoes maintenance, with no set end date announced.
According to an official notice from IndiGo, "Delhi Terminal 2 is going under maintenance, resulting in all flights being moved to Terminal 1 starting April 15, 2025, until further notice."
This change affects both arrivals and departures, and marks a significant operational shift at one of the country's busiest airports. Following the transition, IndiGo will operate exclusively from Terminal 1 and Terminal 3.
The airline has assured passengers that they are taking steps to ensure a smooth transition. “Notifications are being sent to registered contact details via Email and WhatsApp,” IndiGo said. Additionally, a detailed list of affected flights will be available on the airline’s official website to help travelers stay updated.
Passengers are advised to double-check their terminal details before heading to the airport and allow extra time for any unexpected delays due to the transition.
