Families react to India’s action In Bengaluru, Channaveerappa, father of Pahalgam terror attack victim Bharat Bhushan said, “After bringing the body of my son, I had thought that PM Modi will take some steps to control these terror attacks and definitely (the) government of India has done it. He has taken good decisions."

In Pune, Pragati Jagdale, wife of Santosh Jagdale, who was killed in the Pahalgam terror attack, said, "Prime Minister Narendra Modi has shown Pakistan that we will not sit quietly. I feel, with Operation Sindoor, PM Modi will end terrorism."

Wife of Shubham Dwivedi, who lost his life in Pahalgam, Aishanya Dwivedi said, "I want to thank PM Modi for taking revenge for my husband's death. My entire family had trust in him (PM Modi), and the way he has responded to Pakistan, he has upheld that trust. And I am really, really, really, thankful. This is the real tribute to my husband. Wherever my husband is, he will be at peace today."

India’s “Operation Sindoor” earlier during the day the government released a statement which said that, the Indian Armed Forces launched ‘OPERATION SINDOOR’, hitting terrorist infrastructure in Pakistan and Pakistan-occupied Jammu and Kashmir from where terrorist attacks against India have been planned and directed.

Nine sites in Pakistan were attacked. It added that altogether, nine (9) sites had been targeted. It also said that India’s actions have been focused, measured, and non-escalatory in nature. No Pakistani military facilities have been targeted. India has demonstrated considerable restraint in the selection of targets and the method of execution.

India’s steps come in the wake of the Pahalgam terrorist attack in which 25 Indians and one Nepali citizen were murdered.
