Falguni Shane Peacock have never been a brand that merely follows fashion cycles; they build moments. With the opening of their latest store at Mumbai’s Jio World Plaza, the designer duo marks a defining milestone. Designed by Gauri Khan, the newly-opened shopping haven is a modern expression of the brand’s evolving design language and growing global presence. This also marks the first retail rollout since the brand’s recent alliance with the RPSG Group.

Shivika Goenka, Director of Luxury and Education, RPSG Group, spoke about the new store and said, “We see our partnership with Falguni Shane Peacock as a meeting of complementary strengths – RPSG’s ability to build and scale businesses, and FSP’s uncompromising approach to design and craftsmanship. As our first flagship launch since the partnership, this store represents the start of a thoughtful yet ambitious expansion — taking the FSP aesthetic to new markets and categories while staying true to the design DNA that makes the brand so distinctive. It is an important step towards our shared ambition of placing Indian luxury confidently on the global stage, on terms that are proudly and authentically our own.”

All about Falguni Shane Peacock’s new Mumbai store

Located at one of the country’s most premium luxury hubs, the Jio World Plaza boutique brings together Falguni Shane Peacock’s Indian and Western couture under one roof for the very first time.

Speaking about the new store, Falguni Shane Peacock said, “This new destination represents who we are today, a brand rooted in Indian craftsmanship but shaped by a global lens. Uniting luxury Indian and Western-wear in one experience feels like the most authentic evolution of our brand. As we enter this powerful new phase with the RPSG Group, this outpost becomes the benchmark for everything we will build going forward.”

Unlike the brand’s flagship couture stores known for their maximalist grandeur, the Jio World Plaza boutique introduces a new narrative: elegant, classic and timeless. Think warm wooden tones, layered veneers, hand-crafted textures, monogrammed brass accents and curated art elements.

Beyond retail, the boutique is designed as an immersive journey. Visitors are greeted by the brand’s logo wall, hand-sketched illustrations, and archival black-and-white imagery from the iconic Taj Mahal shoot.

There were also signature elements from other FSP stores that appear as subtle callbacks. Be it the chandeliers from the Kala Ghoda store, travertine reminiscent of their Dhan Mill address, or the iconic monogram detailing, every little detail is eye-catching.

With a strong global presence, an influential celebrity following, and a design language rooted in innovation, Falguni Shane Peacock are entering a new era. The Jio World Plaza boutique stands as the physical embodiment of that future being unapologetically Indian.
