In Chile's La Serena, glass ceilings are being shattered, brick by brick! In an effort to dismantle the long-standing stereotype of construction being a male-dominated field, an all-women workforce is busy building a new hospital from the ground up.

By integrating a gender perspective in the construction project, the company aims to help women claim jobs long reserved for men.
