Vivo V60e brings a 200MP OIS camera, 6500mAh battery, and 90W charging in a stylish package under ₹30K. Here’s what makes it a strong mid-range pick.

If you’re spending close to ₹30,000 on a new phone in 2025, chances are you're expecting at least one show-stopping feature. Vivo’s new V60e delivers that surprise straight out of the box, a massive 200MP main camera, but as I found out, that’s not the only thing this phone gets right.

Vivo V60e: Unboxing

The V60e ships in a classic Vivo box. Once you dig in, you get the phone, a transparent back cover, a quick start guide, SIM ejector tool, USB-C cable, and a 90W charger.

We got the Noble Gold unit and it does shimmer, but not in an over-the-top way. It feels festive but still polished — a nice balance. You also get an Elite Purple option if you want something more playful.

Vivo V60e: Design & build quality

First thing I noticed: it’s not that heavy. At 190g, this is surprisingly easy to carry, especially considering it houses a massive 6,500mAh battery. The back is plastic, which is expected at this price, but the design looks clean and here too, Vivo ditched the “bottle-opener” style camera module style module that was on the Vivo V50e. Now it looks like its bigger sibling, the Vivo V60.

The in-display fingerprint scanner is quick, but it’s a way too low for my taste.

Vivo V60e: Display

Vivo V60e comes with a 6.77-inch AMOLED panel with 120Hz refresh rate support which is smooth. It’s bright too, peaking at 1600 nits.I used it outdoors during a sunny Delhi afternoon and had zero issues with visibility. I felt the colours are not that punchy, but for Netflix or Instagram reels, it looks great.

Vivo V60e: Performance

For performance, we've got the Dimensity 7360-Turbo chipset paired with LPDDR4X RAM and UFS 2.2 storage.

Performance wise it handles everyday tasks like multitasking, app switching, and media playback without any hiccups. But for me this is not a gaming phone, but for casual users, it’ll glide through your day with ease.

Vivo V60e: Battery & charging

The 6500mAh battery is the real MVP here. Pair that with 90W fast charging and you’ve got a phone that not only lasts all day but also tops up before your coffee is done brewing. In just about 60 minutes, you’ll be able to charge this phone from 0-100%.

Vivo V60e: Camera setup

For cameras, the main headline is the 200MP main camera with OIS, 8MP ultra-wide lens, and a 50MP front camera. We haven’t done a full camera review yet, but as for the first look the shots in daylight look sharp.

The front camera impressed me in video calls too — great dynamic range, & it can handle the exposure as well.

Vivo V60e: Pricing & Variants

The Vivo V60e is available in three configurations:

  • 8GB + 128GB – ₹29,999
  • 8GB + 256GB – ₹31,999
  • 12GB + 256GB – ₹33,999

First Impressions

I guess Vivo knows what their customers want, a phone that looks good, lasts long, and takes sharp photos. The V60e delivers on all those fronts. At ₹29,999 for the base model, it’s not trying to be an all-rounder flagship killer. But it nails the essentials where it counts.

We will have to see how it holds up in all our tests and benchmarks in full review. But if you’ve been looking for a camera phone with a premium battery and can handle day to day tasks easily, this one’s definitely worth a closer look.
